KYC documents and financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the last transaction, as required by Philippine AML regulations. Communications records are retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication.

Technical and analytics data is retained in anonymised or aggregated form for up to two (2) years. Once the applicable retention period expires, your personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data disposal procedures.
